Welcome to Organ Creek Side Middle School  If your son is interested in participating on any athletic team this coming year, please be sure to follow the instructions below to ensure his eligibility. 

All athletic registration will be completed online through rSchoolToday, a secure platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs and helps us be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible.  

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination dated after June 1st on file with our School Nurse by August 1st.

ATHLETIC REGISTRATION SUBMISSION PERIODS

• FALL SPORTS– JUNE 1 - AUGUST 1* (Crew, Cross Country, Rugby, Sailing, Soccer)
• WINTER SPORTS - OCTOBER 1 - OCTOBER 25* (Basketball, Bowling, Fencing, Hockey, Indoor Track, Swimming, Wrestling)

• SPRING SPORTS- FEBRUARY 1 - FEBRUARY 26*(Baseball, Crew, Golf, Lacrosse, Outdoor Track, Rugby, Sailing, Tennis, Volleyball) 
• STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - ALL YEAR (EXCEPT SUMMER)

*The late penalty will go into effect if the entire registration process is not completed by this date.

LATE PENALTY  A late penalty will be assessed when a student-athlete fails to complete the registration process by the due date for each season.  Late submissions will result in loss of tryout/practice time and possibly game participation.   This policy will be handled and enforced by the CBA Athletic Director.

PARTICIPATION FEES

For the pay-to-play sports, currently, we have 5 participation fees.

Once the athlete makes the final roster, parents will be billed and debited on a set date from their FACTS account (same account we use for tuition).
